Jacob Bruderer, PE, MBA
Jacob is a fitness obsessed, golf obsessed, science fanatic. Jacob spends most of his time as a Professional Engineer, but he day dreams about the fitness, the materials science, and the physics behind the game of golf.
Jacob began playing golf while competing with his friends in powerlifting. He quickly gained strength in the gym while posting a 455 pound squat, 325 pound bench press, and a 545 pound deadlift. It bothered him when that strength did not translate to the golf course.
He began training golf movements and focused on hip mobility, kettlebells, and resistance bands. These movements helped his average drive go from 245 yards to 303 yards. The main reason he started this blog is to help others unlock distance through fitness and proper equipment. He also just loves talking about golf.
